Bagel Buddy ‘N Cracker Backer
- 3 Tbs CHARLIE’S CHOICE
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- (regular or light), softened
- 1 Can (6oz) water-packed Albacore Tuna
Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate three hours or longer. Serve on bagels, crackers, sourdough, etc.
Options:
Shape into a ball, roll in parsley or nuts.
Sandwich Spread
Mix 3 Tbs. CHARLIE’S CHOICE with ¾ Cup mayonnaise and 1 Can Tuna. Proceed as above. Pile on your favorite bread or stuff a fresh tomato.
